MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
For best fitting, measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape (in inches) or a strip of paper (then measure the paper) where you would normally wear your bracelet. Please take into consideration how snug or loose you like to wear your bracelets when measuring.

Majority of pieces are ready to ship next business day unless otherwise specified in the listing, see "PRODUCTION TIME" under the item description. If you have a specific deadline please contact us and let us know and we will do the best we can. In some cases we may request that you pay for upgraded shipping in order to receive your order in time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Often times our stones are one of a kind and can not be replaced. We recommend insuring any focal stone over $500 in the event that it is damaged or has fallen from its setting.

Clean your fine metal jewelry regularly (once a month) with warm water, gentle soap, and a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth. Pearls and opals excluded, a dry soft cloth should be sufficient enough; liquid and soap can ruin these gemstones.

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, tanning, exercising, gardening, cleaning with chemicals, and heavy lifting. Apply lotions/creams and makeup prior to putting on your jewelry. We recommend ring dishes placed in various spots throughout your home such as the nightstand, kitchen, and bathroom counter.

IMPORTANT DESIGN CONSIDERATION
Please be aware designs may vary slightly due to natural variation in gemstones/wood and in rare situations, special sizing.

Each piece is handmade to match almost exactly as the images shown. No two gemstones/wood beads are alike. If item is stated "one of a kind" then the photos are exactly what you're getting.

Please take into consideration colors may appear slightly different in photos with each device. We photograph everything in natural lighting to capture as close to exactly what it looks like to the naked eye.

BEADED JEWELRY MAINTENANCE
We recommend any beaded jewelry worn on a regular basis be re-strung every 2-3 years depending on how often you wear it. To keep the integrity of your jewelry and to lessen the chances of breakage and losing any beads, we recommend that you have them re-strung. Please contact us to discuss re-stringing options.

RECEIPTS
Out of consideration for the environment, Padova Jewelry does not include a paper receipt in your order. But, at check out you are provided one via e-mail. Thank you for understanding!
